If Armenia seeks to build up an efficient economy, it is logical that this economic must be based on knowledge, Armenian Premier Tigran Sargsyan stated in Parliament.
"That is, as a state, Armenia must be able to export knowledge. It is economy of the future," Premier Sargsyan said. He pointed out the Government has elaborated 14 industrial development and export programs.
