At this moment, there are no official data stating that Azerbaijan intends to file an interstate claim against Armenia. This is what lawyer, international law expert Ara Ghazaryan said during a March 7 press conference.

However, the lawyer said that if such a claim is filed, it will take years for consideration, much less execution.

Armenia will file a counterclaim sooner than that, and Europe will view this as positive.

The lawyer also mentioned that the European Court of Human Rights has received over 350 claims from residents of Artsakh since the Four-Day Artsakh War in April 2016.
