The attorneys of second President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan have appealed the decision of Armenia’s Special Investigation Service to reject the motion filed by the attorneys in regard to specification of the charge brought against Robert Kocharyan by the Special Investigation Service.

Robert Kocharyan’s attorneys inform that a trial over examination of the filed appeal was held yesterdan with the participation of Haik Alumyan, one of Robert Kocharyan’s attorneys, as well as prosecutor Petrosyan and investigator of the Special Investigation Service Musheghyan.

The court will announce a decision after the next trial, and the date and time of the trial will be informed later.
