YEREVAN. – One should not expect tangible results from the meeting Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, MP from “My Step” bloc Ruben Rubinyan said.

Rubinyan said it is the first meeting of the head of states under the mediation of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs.

“It is also important, as we voiced new approaches during the recent months, and the meeting was held in this context,” Rubinyan said.

He assured that the sides are not drawing up new documents, and it is quite logical as “there is no clarity in the essence of talks at this stage.” Rubinyan emphasized that the parties are speaking about the talks and are trying to understand positions of each other.
