Ankara may provide military assistance in case military conflict breaks out between Azerbaijan and Armenia, said Bulent Aras, head of the Strategic Research Center under the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
“Turkey does not want a military conflict in the region. However, if war breaks out, military assistance by Turkey is not excluded,” Azerbaijani Trend News quotes Aras.
