Deadly car bomb struck a gas station in Pakistani city of Faisalabad on Tuesday killing at least 22 people and injuring over 100 people.
Police surrounded the explosion area, Pakistani The Nation newspaper reports.
The daily says several cars and buildings were destroyed. A suspicious man was arrested by police.
