Citizens have to turn to the European Court of Human Rights to protect their rights, the reason being the legal corrections in Armenia, President of the RA Constitutional Court Gagik Harutyunyan stated at a March 10 discussion of Armenia`s new judicial concept. This is the reason for the elaboration of the concept, he said.
Harutyunyan pointed out that judicial reforms require a new criminal code and relevant institutional solutions. Armenia needs an institute that would ensure superiority of rights, Harutyunyan said.
