Head of OSCE Office in Baku Bilge Cankorel was the only diplomat, who did not follow his U.S. counterparts and gave an adequate response to the Azerbaijani media, Azg daily reports.

Cankorel declined to comment on the information disseminated by the Azerbaijani media that a 9-year-old Azeri child was killed allegedly in the ceasefire violation by the Armenian side. The diplomat stressed he would not answer the question as it is an absolutely different issue.

Following certain standards of writing the Azerbaijani media wrote the death of 9-year old Fariz Badalova is in question. According to publications, the incident took place on March 8, when the injured was hospitalized but doctors failed to save his life.
