Gavar police department was alerted that on March 16 at 4:00 p.m. Yerevan time the driver of Vaz 21 ran over a 5-year-old Roland G. on Zoravar Andranik Street. Later the driver fled the location.

The boy was hospitalized with injuries, the press service of Armenian Police informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The investigation revealed 46-year-old Khachik D ran over the boy. An investigation is underway.
