On March 18, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met with Georgian Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure Ramaz Nikolaishvili.

Serzh Sargsayn attached significance to intensification of Armenia-Georgia relations and mutual visits, the presidential press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Nikolaishvili informed the Armenian President of productive discussions with Armenian Minister of Transport and Communications. He referred to the reached agreements on unhampered cargo transportation regardless of climate conditions, as ell as reconstruction of Upper Lars checkpoint and construction of North-South highway.
