Elaboration of a serious legal package is needed for implementation of the Presidents’ agreements in Sochi specifically for investigation of incidents in the line of contact between Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces, NKR President Bako Sahakyan stated at the meeting of OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Andronius Azubalis in Yerevan.

According to him, Nagorno-Karabakh is ready to actively participate in its development. If Azerbaijan displays a constructive position, it will be possible to develop a package and act in accordance with its requirements.

Commenting on the Armenian President’s positive assessment, Sahakyan noted Armenia has witnessed Azerbaijan’s non-constrictive stance within the recent years. For this reason, the last meeting gave reason for assessment.
