The injury of contract serviceman, Junior Sergeant Vladimir Osipyan, who was wounded on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, is not life-threatening.  

Sargis Aleksanyan, Chairman of the Tavush Provincial Council of the opposition Bright Armenia party—and who visited the soldier, wrote this on Facebook.

“He is at a psychologically high level, fitting for military,” Aleksanyan added, in particular.

As reported earlier, contract soldier Vladimir Osipyan, 33, on Sunday was taken to Noyemberyan town hospital, and with a gunshot wound to his elbow. He was wounded by Azerbaijani army shooting.

“Osipyan is from Zorakan village of Noyemberyan,” the hospital informed. “His [health] condition is moderate; he soon will undergo surgery.”
