YEREVAN. – Second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan has sent a congratulatory message to President of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic), Bako Sahakyan, on his birthday. Kocharyan’s office informed this to Armenian News-NEWS.am.
“I wholeheartedly congratulate you on your birthday,” the message reads, in particular. “I wish [you] good health, fortitude, and productive work for the good of the people of the Republic of Artsakh.”
