Silvio Berlusconi’s trial in which he is accused of having sex with underage is adjourned until May 31.

Neither Italian Prime Minister nor Moroccan-born Karima el-Mahroug were present at the hearing. The judge decided to adjourn proceedings, ITAR-TASS reports.

Berlusconi faced allegations for having sex with Ruby, a 17-old belly dancer, but denies any connection. The prosecutors also accuse him of abuse of power, as he was trying to seek Ruby’s release when she was charged with theft.
