YEREVAN. - Armenia begins spring draft.
The Government ordered Armenia’s Prosecutor General to prosecute draft evaders and establish personal control over proceedings. The Government also intends to propose amendments to the Law on Military Service. The amendments increase the age of conscripts from 18 to 19 in case they are involved in education programs.
