YEREVAN. - The Armenian National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) is hosting jubilee celebrations of the 50th anniversary of Yuri Gagarin’s space flight.

The ANAS press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that, on this occasion, a meeting with a Russian delegation led by Russian astronaut Mikhail Tyurin will hold at the ANAS. The participants will discuss further cooperation.

ANAS President Radik Martirosyan will present the experience of the ANAS Institute of Radiophysics and Electronics in space exploration programs. Academician Vahe Gyurzadyan will present Armenian scientists’ experience in developing the Orion space station.
