A trail on the case of the Armenian second President Robert Kocharyan and others continues in Yerevan on Tuesday.
The lawyers of the ex-president and the lawyer of the former defense minister submitted motions to challenge the prosecutor Petros Petrosyan. Judge Anna Danibekyan rejected the request.
“After each such decision, the opinion is strengthened that this process is not related to justice and the judge is biased,” the attorney, Hovhannes Khudoyan told reporters commenting on the judge decision.
