Head of the Special Investigation Service of Armenia Sasun Khachatryan has no comment on former Director of the National Security Service Artur Vanetsyan’s statement on the operation of the Open Societies Foundation in Armenia.
Journalists asked for Khachatryan’s opinion, and Khachatryan said he didn’t believe the statement was a report on a crime and evaluating the operation of the Foundation is not within the scope of his powers. “You can ask Vanetsyan about his opinion,” Khachatryan stated.
