YEREVAN. - Participants of the opposition rally entered the Liberty Square in Yerevan.

Policemen stepped aside letting participants of the demonstration enter the square after short talks with the opposition members, the Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent reports. An improvised rally is expected to kick off in Liberty Square in several minutes.

Several days ago Yerevan city hall removed attractions that occupied the square over recent three years. According to the media, it was done in order to allow the opposition to hold a rally in the square.
