The European Parliament approved the new composition of the European Commission, chaired by the former German Defense Minister, Ursula von der Leyen.
At a plenary meeting on Wednesday, November 27, 461 European MPs supported the list of new European Commissioners, DW reported.
A total of 157 people voted against, 89 abstained.
