Foreign Minister of Artsakh Masis Maylian said he is happy to see that Luis Lacalle Pou had been elected as President of Uruguay.
“I am very happy that a friend of Armenian people Luis Lacalle Pou, with whom we talked about cooperation prospects between Artsakh and Uguruguay several months ago, was elected as Uruguay president,” he wrote on Facebook.
