President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has signed the country’s new defense plan and the concept paper for development of the Armed Forces prior to 2030.
State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus Stanislav Zaas reported that, in terms of defense, the focus is on strategic deterrence.
“We have also paid great attention to the destabilization of the situation in Belarus. This is our reality that all countries face,” Zaas said.
