The year 2020 will be a special year for the peoples of Russia and Armenia since next year we will be marking the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. This is what Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Armenia Sergey Kopirkin said during a year-end press conference today.

“It is very important for the Prime Minister of Armenia to confirm his participation in the festivities to be held on May 9 in Moscow. We hope Armenia also celebrates this event on a similar scale,” the Ambassador stated.
