Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) former Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan will head the electoral list of the Free Homeland Party-United Civil Alliance Party (UCAP) bloc in the forthcoming parliamentary election.

According to Vahram Poghosyan, spokesperson for the Free Homeland Party led by Harutyunyan, there will be 65 candidates on the list all whose names will be announced in the near future.

Presidential and parliamentary elections will be held in Artsakh on March 31. Arayik Harutyunyan will also run for president and is considered one of the favorites.
