Policemen in Charentsavan, Armenia, found an aerial bomb and a box of grenades at the basement of building #6 in the 2nd neighborhood.
One of the residents, the grandfather of Gevorg Musaelyan, told the policemen the finds belonged to him.
Experts say that possible explosion might have caused serious damage.
