Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan has arrived in Moscow, where he will meet later on Thursday with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
Leaders will try to agree on how to resolve the situation around Syrian Idlib, RIA Novosti reported.
The Turkish delegation includes the FM, defense minister, minister of finance and treasury as well as head of Turkey's national intelligence organization.
Russian-Turkish talks have been held in Moscow and Ankara at the expert level. However, it was impossible to reach agreement on their results and the issue was put to the presidential level
