Russia and Turkey have agreed to a ceasefire in Syria’s Idlib at midnight. This is what President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan declared during a press conference held in Moscow following his talks with President of Russia Vladimir Putin, reports TASS.
Moreover, Erdogan also declared that Turkey reserves itself the right to respond to the operations of Syrian troops and promised that Ankara “is committed to assist Syrian refugees in returning to the homeland”.
