French MP has been diagnosed with coronavirus.

The MP was hospitalized in the city of Mulhouse, Radio France Bleu reported.

The 68-year-old MP has not appeared in parliament since February 25.

According to the latest data, the number of patients with coronavirus in France reached 423, of which 23 patients are in serious condition in intensive care. Six men and one woman died, most of the victims were over 80 years old.

French President Emmanuel Macron, in turn, refused to shake hands so as not to become infected with the coronavirus.
