At least 27 people were killed and 29 were injured as a result of a gunmen shooting at a ceremony marking the death of Mujahideen leader Abdul Ali Mazari in Kabul, Afghanistan, Fox News reported.
According to the health ministry spokesperson Wahidullah Mayar, all the wounded were hospitalized in Kabul.
Interior Minister Nasrat Rahimi noted all the victims were civilians.
The politicians who attended the ceremony managed to escape, including the Afghan PM Abdullah Abdullah.
