Minister of Healthcare of Iran Saeed Namaki has declared that Deputy Minister of Healthcare of Iran Iraj Harirchi has recovered after being infected with coronavirus, reports RIA Novosti.

The minister congratulated his deputy on his recovery and assigned him to follow the spread of the virus.

The news about Harirchi’s infection was spread by foreign and Iranian mass media outlets right after his speech in which he had coughed several times during a conference devoted to the coronavirus. In spite of certain press releases, he hadn’t refuted the existence of the virus and tried not to exaggerate.
