The Armenian Embassy in China informs that all citizens arriving in Beijing from March 11, including foreign nationals, must undergo a mandatory 14-day self-isolation regime based on their residence addresses and, in the absence of the latter, in special places (hotels) provided by the state. Citizens arriving in Beijing for a short term are required to stay at hotels noted by the state and to undergo mandatory testing.

Only those citizens arriving from the countries most affected by the coronavirus - Iran, Italy, South Korea, and Japan - are subject to mandatory quarantine in Guangzhou and Shanghai.

The embassy informs that the 14-day quarantine regime does not apply to transit passengers who will continue their journey after undergoing a standard medical examination at the airport.
