YEREVAN. - The Yerevan city hall has once again declined an application for holding mass events – a rally and subsequent procession - in Liberty Square, May 10 and 11, filed by the opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC).
Yerevan city hall offered the ANC to hold its rally in front of the Institute of Ancient Manuscripts (Matenadaran).
