YEREVAN. - Armenian Parliament Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan answered Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan’s statement by means of Facebook.

Abrahamyan’s answer says: “First, I would like to say that the opinion I voiced at the National Assembly was not at all criticism, but a conclusion based on my working experience at local government bodies and in coordinating the sphere at the Government. As regards the prime minister’s statement at the Government’s sitting, I re-state my opinion: I was for powers to be entrusted to local government bodies.”
