PreferredFor the authorities or the Opposition to prevent Robert Kocharyan from returning to politics, they need to know if Robert Kocharyan plans to run for presidency, Razmik Zohrabyan, Vice-Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), told journalists.
"You can see that the authorities and the Opposition cannot even agree on elementary thins, to say nothing of their working out a joint strategy of preventing Robert Kocharyan from returning to big politics. The presidential election will pass before they reach an agreement," he said.
