YEREVAN. - By responding to the request of opposition Armenian National Congress for a rally in Liberty Square, the Armenian authorities actually satisfied the second demand by the opposition, ANC Press Secretary Arman Musinyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

According to him, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan’s statement on the need for new impetus to the March 1 case actually satisfied the ANC’s second demand. The third demand, release of the persons involved in the March 1 case, has not yet been satisfied, Musinyan said.
