IRGC has successfully put Iranian first satellite into the orbit, Mehr reported.
A Iranian satellite called Noor-1 was launched on Wednesday morning by a Qassed launch vehicle and placed it into the orbit at an altitude of 425km.
The launch of the satellite is timed to the anniversary of the IRGC establishment back April 22, 1979.
