Artsakh has confirmed one new COVID-19 case, Artsakh Information Center reported.
According to the health ministry, the above-mentioned citizen was in contact with the first infected person in Karvachar.
Eight COVID-19 cases have been reported in Artsakh so far, three of them have already recovered.
