The embassy of Armenia in Ukraine has published the list of passengers of the Kyiv-Yerevan-Kyiv charter flight on Tuesday.
"Some of the pre-registered persons have decided not to leave for various reasons. There are 7 empty seats on the plane," the embassy also said, in particular, in its respective statement.
