With 82 “in favor”, 12 “against” and 14 abstained votes, the National Assembly of Armenia today voted in favor of the package of laws on making amendments and supplements to the Law on the Legal Regime of State of Emergency in the first reading.

By this legislative initiative, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the right of citizens to liberties may be restricted by the written or verbal order of the authorities.
