Prime Minister of Latvia Krisjanis Karins has tweeted that Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia have agreed to open the domestic borders for freedom of movement of the citizens of the three countries.

“During a video conference today, we reached an agreement on the opening of domestic borders starting from May 15 and on freedom of movement of the citizens of the Baltic states,” Karins wrote and stated that citizens of other countries must stay under a two-week quarantine after entry into the countries.
