The Armenian justice ministry has internal rules and mechanisms that make it possible to make certain adjustments even without taking into account the state of emergency, thereby facilitating the influx of people into prisons, said Armenian justice minister Rustam Badasyan.
The minister noted not a single prisoner in Armenia had a COVID-19 infection.
