Artsakh Ombudsman’s Office has a high level of institutional development and formation, Armenian chief human rights defender Arman Tatoyan said on Monday at the parliament.
According to Tatoyan, he always advocated Karabakh be represented at the international level, especially in cases where the issue under discussion also concerns the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
