The Armenian Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan expressed his readiness to meet with his Azerbaijani counterpart.
His remarks came during the parliament's session on Monday.
According to Tatoyan, he has always said if there are any issues related to Karabakh, then the Artsakh Ombudsman should also participate in these discussions.
He noted that it is necessary to understand the purpose of these meetings because they should not be formal.
