The UK would not support Israel’s annexation of parts of the West Bank, Reuters reported referring to the junior Foreign Office minister James Cleverly.
"Our long-standing position is that we do not support the annexation of parts of the West Bank, and ... doing so could make a sustainable two-state solution harder," he said.
Earlier, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said that Israel itself must decide on the annexation of part of the West Bank.
