Head of the Higher Qualification Committee (HQC) of Armenia Smbat Gogyan resigned from office and confirmed the news during a conversation with Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Although he didn’t wish to state the reason why, he said he would provide details soon.
Smbat Gogyan was appointed head of the Higher Qualification Committee in 2018.
