An Armenian woman who was shot dead and dumped on freeway on Friday in Glendale was related to her alleged assailant, Glendale News-Press reports.
Adrine Arzumanyan, 33, was shot at least once and then pushed from a car onto the freeway, the newspaper writes.
“There is some kind of family relationship,” said Lt. Mike Rosson, adding that investigators are trying to determine whether they might have been cousins, or possibly related by marriage.
The shooter suffered an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound and was taken to hospital, law enforcers said.
