President of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic) Bako Sahakyan today signed a decree according to which Artur Harutyunyan has been dismissed from the office of finance minister since he is elected member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh, as reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the President of the Republic of Artsakh.
