YEREVAN. – The 14-year-old girl who threw herself from a bridge in Armavir Province of Armenia underwent a surgery. Gevorg Derdzyan, the spokesperson of Sourb Astvatsamayr Medical Center in Yerevan, said this in a conversation with Armenian News-NEWS.am Friday.

"The operation went well. Now she is being transferred from the intensive care unit to the maxillofacial department; she is in stable condition," he added.

As reported earlier, a 14-year-old resident of Armavir Province on Thursday jumped from a bridge in Armavir town and sustained maxillofacial injuries. First, she was taken to the Armavir town hospital, then transferred to Sourb Astvatsamayr Medical Center.
