There should not be such operations so long as the Ministry of Justice of Armenia hasn’t created an appropriate system and conditions for forwarding criminal and other cases to courts safely and electronically. This is what deputy of the Bright Armenia Party Taron Simonyan said during a discussion on the bill on making amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code in parliament today.

Moreover, in general, he welcomed such legislative initiatives. “Nevertheless, if those materials contain confidential information that is only envisaged for relevant bodies and courts, those cases should not be transferred electronically in any case,” the deputy stressed.
