YEREVAN. - Prices went up by 11.1% in the first quarter of 2011 in Armenia, says the report issued by the CIS Inter-state Statistical Committee.

Kyrgyzstan registered inflation by 20.3%, the highest rate among the CIS states.

In January-March 2011 inflation rate reached 9.5% in Russia, 9.1% - in Azerbaijan, reported Gazeta.ua.

On average industrial output in the mentioned period went up by 7% among the CIS states, transportation of goods up by 4.7%, retail turnover up by 2.7%, while fixed investments fell by 5.0%.

In January-March 2011 Armenia’s industrial production rise by 4.8%, while Azerbaijan’s by 0.3%.
